Sylvia Mantsos is very passionate about running a real estate business and has extensive and varied experience in management, retail and compliance. Warm, bubbly and very well grounded sums up Sylvia with her natural affinity with people, which has captured the affections of staff and clients alike. Having worked in real estate as a front line sale performer Sylvia has a real appreciation of the support required for her sales, property management and administration teams. A diverse career includes retail store management of which Sylvia achieved the No.1 Store for the year nationally; progressing to National Area Manager for Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia and then a position in Compliance and Operations. As the role of Operations Management is comprehensive and requires expertise from many disciplines Sylvia is the focal point for most daily undertakings and is in constant communication with Greg Scherwinski the Director. Sylvia also worked hand in hand with the property management department and had adopted a reputation for calling her landlords and tenants to have a casual ‘chat’ and ensure they are well looked after – offering that personal touch! Integrity, Care and Loyalty drives Sylvia’s daily methods of operation.
